Return & Refund Policy

At JS Fabrics, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, you may contact us to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

A return or exchange may be accepted in the following situations:

You received a wrong product, color, size, or article.
The product arrived damaged or defective.
The product received is materially different from the product ordered.

To request a return, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product should not have been washed, altered, stitched, or damaged after delivery.
Original packaging, tags, and other included items should be retained where applicable.
We may request photographs or videos of the product to verify the issue.

Products that have been used, washed, altered, stitched, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, including products that have been customized, altered, stitched, washed, or otherwise modified at the customer's request.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund amount will depend on the circumstances of the return and the applicable order terms.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request valid bank or payment details where required to process an approved refund.

Shipping or delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or issue attributable to JS Fabrics.

Exchange

Where applicable, an eligible product may be exchanged for another available product of the same or similar value. If the replacement product has a different price, the applicable price difference may need to be paid or refunded.
